We are a family run, 24 hour fitness facility in the village of Aylesham. We aim to provide a great space to train for those of all fitness levels. We have recently refurbished our gym which included a full equipment update. We intend to continue to improve the gym in order to make it the perfect space for our community's fitness needs!
